I SUBMITTED MY ORDER BUT I WANT TO CANCEL IT?

I do not cancel orders. Please process the item for return once it has been delivered. If you duplicated your order, email me. 

HOW LONG TIL MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

I use UPS and USPS ground options and typically ship orders 5-7 business days max after the order is placed.

MY TRACKING SHOWS RETURN TO SENDER?

Email me and I'll help sort it out.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND?

I receive the same tracking number and no additional delivery details on orders than what is sent. Contact the carrier ASAP for additional details and/or file a claim with the carrier.
