Returns

Orders that have not shipped yet may be cancelled within 12 hours for a full refund, or for store credit afterwards. Unless severely damaged, books and prints are not eligible for returns. You can return domestic orders of apparel and accessories within 30 days of receiving for a refund minus shipping cost, or store credit. The product must be in the same condition as you received it. Returns will be processed after the item is inspected to make sure it is in the same condition it was received in.

Please contact info@secondatbestpress.com with order information to begin the return process. I do not offer free shipping on returns.

Due to the unpredictable nature of international customs, I no longer ship internationally outside of Canada and the United Kingdom. International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Sale items and orders with discounts used are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Risograph Printed Goods

Risograph printing produces slight variations from print to print, making each one unique! Prints may have minor imperfections, and the soy based ink may smear or smudge with handling.

Do you take submissions?

While I appreciate the enthusiasm, Second at Best Press is solely intended for me to produce my own work, and as such I am not open to submissions for any publications. Submitted work will not be read.

When Will My Order Ship?

I ship orders once a week or every other week during holiday weeks. Please allow at least 5-10 business days. Though if you're one to ask about this you probably also wouldn't take the time to find and read this.
