Returns
You can return domestic orders within 30 days of receiving for a refund minus shipping cost. The product must be in the same condition as you received it. Returns will be processed after the item is inspected to make sure it is in the same condition it was received in. Unless damaged, books are not eligible for returns.
Please contact info@secondatbestpress.com with order information to begin the return process. I currently cannot offer free shipping on returns.
Due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping, I am not responsible for any loss or damage to orders that may occur during shipment.
Sale items and international orders are not eligible for returns.
Risograph Printed Goods
Risograph printing produces slight variations from print to print, making each one unique! Prints may have minor imperfections, and soy based ink may smear or smudge with handling.
Do you take submissions?
While I appreciate the enthusiasm, Second at Best Press is currently not open to submissions for any publications. Submitted work will not be read.
